Inzaghi rescues point for Lazio
Oct 4, 2008 - 9:01 PM By PA SportsTickerA late goal from Simone Inzaghi enabled Lazio to salvage a 1-1 draw against newcomers Lecce on Saturday.
The hosts looked to be heading for only their second defeat of the season following Simone Tiribocchi's first-half opener for Lecce.
But substitute Inzaghi popped up in the final minute to snatch a share of the spoils for Lazio, which remains at the top of the table despite the result.
Internazionale returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory against Bologna to join Lazio at the top of Serie A.
The home side found the form which has eluded it recently in the first half, but was only rewarded with one goal from Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the 25th minute.
Internazionale doubled its lead with an Adriano penalty in the 49th minute, but Vangelis Moras reduced the advantage seven minutes later.
