Revolution GK Warren out for season
Oct 8, 2008 - 9:48 PM FOXBOROUGH, Massachusetts (Ticker) -- New England Revolution backup goalkeeper Doug Warren is out for the rest of the season with a hyperextended right elbow, the team announced Wednesday.Warren suffered the injury during routine training on September 16 and has been rehabilitating since then. The team placed him on the season-ending injury list Wednesday.
In three appearances this season, including two starts, Warren went 1-0-1 with a 2.09 goals-against average. He saw 10 shots this year and allowed five goals.
