The top-seeded Wozniacki of Denmark emerged victorious and claimed the $28,000 first prize at the Tier III hardcourt event on Sunday with a 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 victory over fifth-seeded Kaia Kanepi of Estonia.

Wozniacki advanced to championship match with a 6-4, 6-3 victory over lucky loser Jarmila Gajdosova of Slovakia on Saturday.

The world No. 16, Wozniacki has won all three of her trips to finals this year, having claimed titles at Stockholm and New Haven prior to this.
