Lynx sign G Williams

Mar 7, 2008 - 10:49 PM MINNEAPOLIS (Ticker) -- The Minnesota Lynx signed guard Caroline Williams, the team announced Friday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The 5-10 Williams currently is a graduate assistant coach at Vanderbilt. As a senior, the she averaged 12.0 points and connected on 49 percent of her 3-point attempts - ranking second in the nation.
