0 shoutsWASHINGTON (Ticker) -- The Washington Mystics on Wednesday claimed guard Crystal Smith off waivers.
Smith spent last season with the Houston Comets, where she averaged 6.3 points and 2.7 assists as the club's starting point guard.
Before she takes the court for her new team, Smith must first recover from a foot injury.
The Mystics on Wednesday also waived center Lindsay Taylor.
