SAN ANTONIO (Ticker) -- Sophia Young scored 20 points and Ann Wauters added 14 and 10 rebounds, sending the San Antonio Silver Stars to a 73-65 victory over the Minnesota Lynx.

The Lynx were missing leading scorer Seimone Augustus, who missed her first game as a pro with a sprained right big toe. She entered Saturday as the fourth-leading scorer in the WNBA at 19.2 points per game.

San Antonio (9-6), which led by as many as 16 points in the second half, saw its double-digit advantage cut to 59-54 with 5:30 left in the game. But Wauters and Becky Hammon scored eight of the next 10 points to keep the Lynx at bay.

Nicky Anisoke scored 16 points for Minnesota (8-7).

In other games Saturday:

Rebekkah Brunson had 14 points and seven rebounds for Sacramento (7-8), which overcame a 16-11 turnover disadvantage in part because it hit 50 percent (6-for-12) from the arc.

Shameka Christon poured in 17 points for New York (7-7), which has alternated wins and losses over its last five contests.
