Fever trade C Bales to Dream
Jul 4, 2008 - 6:50 PM INDIANAPOLIS (Ticker) -- The Indiana Fever traded center Alison Bales to the Atlanta Dream for forward Kristen Mann on Friday.Bales, the Fever's top draft pick in 2007, is averaging just 2.6 points and 1.6 rebounds through 14 games this season.
A four-year veteran, Mann is averaging 3.5 points and 1.5 rebounds through 13 games - eight starts - with the Dream this season. Last season, she averaged a career-high 7.6 points while with the Minnesota Lynx.
