Storm signs reserve guard to another seven-day contract
Jul 23, 2008 - 5:26 PM SEATTLE (Ticker) -- The Seattle Storm on Wednesday signed guard Kristen O'Neill to a fourth seven-day contract.A former standout at the University of Washington, O'Neill signed her first seven-day contract on July 1. She has appeared in six games, grabbing a rebound and handing out an assist while failing to score.
Unlike the NBA, a WNBA team can sign a player to an indefinite number of short-term contracts.
