PROV 53, UK 61Providence vs. Miami: The Miami Hurricanes earned head coach Jim Larranaga his 700th career win as they beat his alma mater, Providence, 74-64. Norchad Omier led all scorers with 19 points on 7-12 shooting to go along with 12 rebounds while Isaiah Wong scored 18 points on 7-14 shooting in the win.
MIA 74, PROV 64It was another fantastic evening in the 2022 NCAA men's tournament. Saint Peter's - a 15-seed - beat Purdue in yet another unlikely March Madness upset. UNC beat UCLA in its Sweet 16 game - a classic - and No. 1 seed Kansas advanced to the Elite Eight after beating Providence. Miami - another double digit seed - beat Iowa State.
