The Blue Devils were in complete control from the beginning when QB Riley Leonard threw a touchdown pass on the very first drive of the game. He’d go on to toss one more and run for two others after that while throwing for a nearly-perfect 11 for 12. The Duke rushing attack was formidable too, gaining 222 yards, 66 of those from Riley, on the ground.

Duke only possessed the ball for 7:36 in the first half, but took a 21-14 lead into halftime. The Blue Devils then went off in the third quarter, outsourcing the Aggies 21-3 in the third quarter. Running back Mataeo Durant scored three touchdowns in a game for the second time in two games in the 2021 season. Durant also totaled 69 total yards. Quarterback Gunnar Holmberg passed for 270 yards, ran for 30 yards, and scored two touchdowns on the ground. Wide Receiver Jake Bobo caught nine passes for 90 yards.
