Alex Tuch is heading to the Capitals in a sign-and-trade with a third-round pick going back to the Sabres. The Caps and Tuch will then reach an eight-year, $84 million extension that carries a cap hit of $10.5 million. Despite the moves, Washington captain will reportedly not make a decision about his future before July 1st.
