Vancouver to host 2014 Grey Cup
Mar 8, 2013 - 7:04 PM Vancouver, BC (Sports Network) - Vancouver has been selected as host for the 2014 Grey Cup.BC Place last welcomed the CFL's championship game in 2011 and the home team was victorious, as the BC Lions beat Winnipeg, 34-23, for the title.
"We know BC Place, one of the great venues in North America, will be packed: our last Grey Cup here sold out in July," said CFL chief operating officer Michael Copeland on Friday.
The game will be played on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014.
This year's Grey Cup is slated for Nov. 24, 2013 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
