Alouettes re-sign All-Star CB Estelle
Feb 16, 2009 - 3:23 PM MONTREAL (Ticker) -- The Montreal Alouettes brought back Mark Estelle on Monday, signing the All-Star cornerback to a new two-year contract.The deal also includes a team option for 2011.
Estelle, 27, appeared in 14 games last season with Montreal, recording 54 tackles and an interception en route to his first career All-Star selection.
The 5-9 Estelle has spent his entire CFL career with the Alouettes, collecting 101 tackles and four interceptions in parts of the last three seasons.
