Seattle C Johjima leaves game

Jul 4, 2007 - 1:00 AM KANSAS CITY, Missouri (Ticker) -- Seattle Mariners catcher Kenji Johjima left Tuesday's game against the Kansas City Royals in the bottom of the second inning with a right wrist injury.

Royals right fielder Mark Teahen was hit by a pitch and the ball deflected off of him and struck Johjima in the wrist. Johjima dropped to the ground in pain and he was eventually replaced by Jamie Burke.
