OF Nady leaves game after being hit in head

Sep 3, 2007 - 8:04 PM ST. LOUIS (Ticker) -- Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Xavier Nady left Monday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals after being struck by a pitch in the head from Andy Cavazos.

The injury was diagnosed as a contusion to the head above the left ear. He is listed as day-to-day.
