Morneau to participate in Home Run Derby
Jul 13, 2008 - 5:28 PM NEW YORK (Ticker) -- Minnesota Twins first baseman Justin Morneau was named as the eighth and final competitor for the Home Run Derby on Sunday.Morneau is one of four American League players in Monday's event, joining Grady Sizemore of the Cleveland Indians, rookie Evan Longoria of the Tampa Bay Rays and Josh Hamilton of the Texas Rangers.
The National League will be represented by Chase Utley of the Philadelphia Phillies, Dan Uggla of the Florida Marlins, Lance Berkman of the Houston Astros and Ryan Braun of the Milwaukee Brewers.
