Pirates SS Wilson injures right finger
Aug 31, 2008 - 8:41 PM PITTSBURGH (Ticker) -- Pittsburgh Pirates shortstop Pirates Jack Wilson left Sunday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers in the ninth inning with a contusion to his right index finger.It was uncertain when Wilson suffered the injury. He was replaced by Luis Rivas.
