Lakers F Odom day-to-day with bruised knee
Jan 7, 2009 - 7:50 PM LOS ANGELES (Ticker) -- Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom is day-to-day after results of an MRI exam Wednesday showed that he has a bone bruise in his right knee.He will not play in Wednesday's game in Oakland against the Golden State Warriors.
Odom landed awkwardly after grabbing a rebound with 3:03 left in the second quarter of the Lakers' 116-105 loss to the New Orleans Hornets on Tuesday.
A starter last season when Los Angeles went to the NBA Finals, Odom has come off the bench this season, averaging 8.7 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists.
