Dubielewicz recalled by Wild
Mar 13, 2010 - 2:33 AM BUFFALO, N.Y.(AP) -- Wade Dubielewicz was recalled by the Minnesota Wild on an emergency basis Friday to replace injured starting goalie Niklas Backstrom.Backstrom hurt his groin during the morning skate before the Wild's 5-1 loss to Detroit on Thursday night. Dubielewicz backed up Josh Harding on Friday night against Buffalo.
In 29 games with the Houston Aeros of the AHL, Dubielewicz had a 2.62 goals-against average and .898 save percentage. He made 14 saves in a 4-2 loss at Dallas on Feb. 2 in his only appearance with the Wild this season.
