Scuderi, Hall undergo surgery
Feb 27, 2008 - 9:43 PM PITTSBURGH (Ticker) -- Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Rob Scuderi will undergo surgery to repair a fractured finger, the team announced Wednesday.Scuderi, who will have the procedure performed on Thursday, was injured during Tuesday's 4-2 victory over the New York Islanders and is expected to be sidelined three to four weeks.
Scuderi has played in all 64 games for the Penguins this season, collecting four assists.
The team also announced that center Adam Hall underwent successful surgery on Wednesday to repair a sports hernia and will be sidelined four to six weeks.
Hall has played in 44 games for the Penguins this season, recording two goals and four assists.
