Darian Mensah had another exceptional game for the Blue Devils and became the record-holder for single-season passing TDs with his 27th TD toss on the year. Mensah completed 24-35 passes for 268 yards with 2 passing scores and a rushing score in the win. Nate Sheppard carried the ball for 75 yards and 2 touchdowns on 22 carries. Robby Ashford had a career game, throwing for 342 yards and 2 touchdowns while running the ball 16 times for 44 yards and a score on the ground as well.

With the bowl announcements out of the way and Florida State’s rage resounding across the Internet after being left out of the playoffs perhaps having died down a small bit, the various other bowl games have generally been sorted out and that includes Duke.
