0 shoutsTAMPA, Florida (Ticker) -- Brett Dietz tossed eight touchdown passes as the Tampa Bay Storm defeated the Orlando Predators, 71-61, on Saturday.
Dietz passed for 298 yards with one interception and Hank Edwards hauled in nine receptions for 131 yards and four scores for the Storm (7-7), who forced three turnovers.
Tyrone Timmons made three touchdown catches, including a seven-yard score that gave Tampa Bay a 71-53 advantage with 5:11 remaining to seal the win.
Shane Stafford passed for 362 yards and eight scores with one interception and Levon Thomas caught three touchdown passes for the Predators (8-7), who have lost three contest in a row.
