San Diego (3-3) at Buffalo (4-1), 1:00 pm EDT

ORCHARD PARK, New York (Ticker) -- The San Diego Chargers have faced all the rest, and will now take on the best of the AFC East.

For the fourth time in five weeks, the Chargers will take on an AFC East opponent when they visit the division-leading Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

San Diego picked up its first win of the season in Week Three against the New York Jets and lost to the Miami Dolphins two weeks later.

Philip Rivers threw three touchdown passes as the Chargers exacted a measure of revenge against the New England Patriots this past weekend, cruising to a 30-10 triumph in a rematch of last season's AFC Championship Game.

The victory snapped a three-game losing streak to New England for San Diego, which fell, 21-12, in January as the then-unbeaten Patriots advanced to the Super Bowl.

With All-Pro tailback LaDainian Tomlinson mostly neutralized for the first three quarters of the game, Rivers took control from the start. The 26-year-old Rivers went 18-for-27 for 306 yards and tossed three touchdowns for the fourth time this season.

"Playing New England was big," Rivers said. "We didn't intentionally downplay it, but it wasn't necessarily a payback game. It was big to beat these guys, but I think the main reason was the situation we were in this season at 2-3 and it gets us back to .500."

The Chargers complete their tour of the AFC East against the well-rested Bills, who are coming off a bye week with a one-game edge on the Patriots and Jets in the division.

Buffalo likely will get back quarterback Trent Edwards, who was knocked out of the Bills' first loss of the season, a 41-17 setback to the Arizona Cardinals on October 5.

Edwards, who left the game during the Bills' first possession with a concussion, has passed for 948 yards and four touchdowns with two interceptions this season.
