Nashville (8-7-1) at Los Angeles (7-6-2), 10:30 p.m. EST
LOS ANGELES (Ticker) -- The Los Angeles Kings have bounced back nicely from a five-game losing streak.
Los Angeles looks to extend its winning streak to five games when it hosts the Nashville Predators on Saturday.
The Kings, who have finished near or at the bottom of the league the past couple seasons, has not won five straight games since February 11-March 7, 2006.
Michal Handzus, Jarret Stoll and defenseman Kyle Quincey each scored for Los Angeles in Thursday's 3-2 victory over the Dallas Stars, completing a home-and-home sweep.
The Kings, who ranked last in the Western Conference in goals-allowed last season, also seem to have found a goaltender in Erik Ersberg. The Swede has started five consecutive games and is 4-0-1, yielding 10 goals in that span.
Nashville has won two straight after a three-game slide and is coming off a 4-3 overtime victory at the Anaheim Ducks on Friday. Defenseman Dan Hamhuis had the game-winner at 2:17 of overtime.
The Predators defeated the Kings on October 25, 5-4.
