COLUMBUS, Ohio (Ticker) -- The Vancouver Canucks are hoping an extended road trip changes their recent fortunes.
The Canucks will look avoid a third straight loss when they visit the Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday.
Vancouver has followed up a four-game winning streak by losing its last two contests, including a 3-1 setback at Calgary on Saturday.
The Canucks lead the Northwest Division in scoring with 73 goals in 24 games, headlined by the Sedin brothers. Daniel Sedin leads the club with 11 goals and 21 points while Henrik paces the club with 19 assists.
But both Sedin brothers were held off the scoresheet against the Flames - the first time that has happened since November 12 against Colorado.
Columbus is coming off a 3-0 win against Washington. Rick Nash had a pair of goals, including an unassisted shorthanded tally in the third period.
The Blue Jackets have had trouble converting their power-play opportunities, scoring a league-low 9.9 percent of the time with the man advantage.
