Devil Rays, Yankees postponed by rain
Apr 4, 2007 - 3:03 PM BRONX, New York (Ticker) -- The game between the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and New York Yankees was postponed due to rain.No makeup date has been announced.
The teams will complete an abbreviated two-game series Thursday night. Rain is not in the forecast but temperatures are expected to be in the low 40s.
Andy Pettitte will start for the Yankees. The veteran lefthander will be opposed by Korean Jae Seo.
On Monday, Alex Rodriguez hit his 465th career homer as the Yankees rallied for a 9-5 victory.
