Glenn leads IUPUI over Western Illinois 77-68
Mar 7, 2010 - 5:40 AM SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(AP) -- Robert Glenn scored 30 points as IUPUI rallied to defeat Western Illinois 77-68 in a Summit League tournament quarterfinal on Saturday night.Leroy Nobles had 19 points and John Ashworth 13 for the second-seeded Jaguars (23-9), who play in a Monday semifinal against the winner of Sunday's game between Oral Roberts and North Dakota State.
Ceola Clark had 20 points and Quenton Kirby 14 for Western Illinois (13-17), the No. 7 seed.
IUPUI's depth was tested with star guard Alex Young limited to 21 minutes because of foul trouble. Young finished with only seven points, but Ashworth had three baskets during a second-half run that helped the Jaguars take the lead for good.
