Binghamton coach files complaint
Mar 27, 2010 - 6:19 PM VESTAL, N.Y.(AP) -- Suspended Binghamton University basketball coach Kevin Broadus is accusing the college of racial discrimination and wants to return to his job.The charge is included in a New York State Department of Human Rights complaint filed in early March by Broadus. The complaint - against acting athletic director Jim Norris, Binghamton University, the State University of New York Board of Trustees and its chancellor, Nancy Zimpher - says Broadus was suspended because he's African American.
