Toledo G Drummond suspended
Feb 10, 2014 - 6:38 PM Toledo, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Toledo guard Justin Drummond has been suspended one game after being charged with driving under the influence on Saturday night, announced head coach Tod Kowalczyk.Drummond, a junior transfer from Loyola-Maryland, is leading the 20-3 Rockets with 14.6 points per game this season.
"Although I remain 100% supportive of Justin, our players are held to high standards and when they do not live up to those standards they face consequences," said Kowalczyk. "As a result, Justin will not play in Wednesday's game vs. Ohio."
Drummond is eligible to return for Saturday's tilt against Eastern Michigan.
