Toole gets extension at Robert Morris
Apr 15, 2015 - 5:35 PM Moon Township, PA (Sports Network) - Robert Morris signed head men's baseball coach Andrew Toole to a contract extension through the 2019-20 season.Toole led the Colonials to the NCAA Tournament and a win over North Florida in a 'First Four' game last month. The Northeast Conference Tournament champs lost to eventual national champion Duke in the round-of-64.
"Andy has done a terrific job with our men's basketball program, with consistent excellence over the years, including our win in the NCAA Tournament this past season," athletics director Craig Coleman said. "Our offer of a contract extension is an indication of the desire to keep him at RMU for a long time to come."
In Toole's five seasons at the helm, Robert Morris has gone 110-65 and reached the postseason four times.
