Stanford G Robert Cartwright to miss season
Nov 5, 2015 - 1:04 AM STANFORD, Calif. (AP) Stanford guard Robert Cartwright will miss the entire season with a compound fracture in his right arm.Cartwright was hurt in practice Monday and had surgery Wednesday. Coach Johnny Dawkins says Cartwright's leadership as a point guard will be missed.
Cartwright played in all but one game, earning one start, as a freshman last season when Stanford won the postseason NIT. He averaged 1.9 points in 11.1 minutes per game.
Stanford opens the season at home against Wisconsin-Green Bay on Nov. 13.
