Goff, Ole Miss continue Arkansas' troubles
Jan 14, 2008 - 1:24 AM OXFORD, Mississippi (Ticker) -- Shawn Goff scored 17 points to lead Mississippi to a 63-55 victory over No. 18 Arkansas on Sunday in a Southeastern Conference matchup.Goff added nine rebounds and three blocks for the Rebels (7-8, 1-1 SEC), who never trailed and led 31-18 at the half.
Elizabeth Robertson and Kayla Melson each scored 12 points and Carla Bartee added 11 for Ole Miss.
Arkansas (15-2, 0-2) started the season by winning its first 15 games but has dropped two straight since entering conference play.
Brittney Vaughn scored 15 points, Whitney Jones added 13 and Sarah Pfeifer and Charity Ford each added 10 for the Razorbacks.
