Wofford to play two FBS teams in 2015
Jun 6, 2014 - 4:32 PM Spartanburg, SC (SportsNetwork.com) - Wofford College has the second-smallest enrollment among FCS schools, but the Terriers aren't shying away from FBS opponents.Wofford will play two FBS teams in 2015, adding a visit to Idaho on Sept. 19 to a previously scheduled game at Clemson. The date for that game has yet to be announced.
The game against Idaho will be the first meeting between the Terriers and the Vandals, a member of the Sun Belt Conference.
Wofford, a Southern Conference member, will play one FBS opponent this year, opening the 2014 campaign on Aug. 30 at Georgia Tech.
Among FCS schools, only Presbyterian's enrollment is smaller than Wofford's undergraduate enrollment of about 1,600.
