Cal Poly-Nevada opener date changed
Apr 28, 2016 - 2:38 PM (STATS) - Cal Poly's season-opening game at Nevada has been moved back one day to Sept. 2.The first meeting since 1998 between the two programs will kick off at 9:30 p.m. ET at Mackay Stadium in Reno.
Cal Poly finished 4-7 last season, while Nevada was 7-6, defeating Colorado State 28-23 in the Arizona Bowl. Nevada leads the series 6-3.
