Knight, O'Connor pair up for 3 TDs, New Hampshire wins 45-17

(AP) — Trevor Knight and Neil O'Connor hooked up for 154 yards and three touchdowns, Evan Gray rushed for a pair more and New Hampshire defeated Bryant 45-17 on Saturday night. Knight finished 17-for-29 for 318 yards and all three TDs to O'Connor, who made seven catches for 154 yards. Gray rushed for 98 yards on 11 carries. The Wildcats (4-1) came in ranked No. 14 in the FCS coaches' poll and are one of four teams unbeaten in the Colonial Athletic Association. Bryant (2-3), playing New Hampshire for the first time, piled up 427 yards of offense, scored on three drives in the second quarter, trailing 31-17 at the half, but could never catch up after New Hampshire's quick start.
