Sharks send RW Setoguchi to minors
Oct 12, 2007 - 10:57 PM SAN JOSE, California (Ticker) -- Devin Setoguchi's NHL debut will have to wait.The eighth overall pick in the 2005 draft, Setoguchi on Friday was activated from injured reserve by the San Jose Sharks and assigned to Worcester of the American Hockey League.
The 20-year-old right wing suffered an ankle injury during the Sharks' training camp and began the season on IR.
A native of Taber, Alberta, Setoguchi has spent the past four campaigns in the Western Hockey League. In 2006-07, he recorded 36 goals and 29 assists in 55 games with the Prince George Cougars.
