Rangers assign RW Moore to Hartford
Nov 7, 2007 - 11:28 PM NEW YORK (Ticker) -- Greg Moore's time in New York came to a quick end.Two days after being recalled, Moore on Wednesday was assigned to Hartford of the American Hockey League.
The 23-year-old right wing did not dress for either New York's 2-0 victory over Philadelphia on Monday or the Rangers' 3-2 loss to the New York Islanders the following day.
With the Wolf Pack this season, Moore has recorded five goals and a team-leading 10 points in 11 games. A fifth-round pick of Calgary in 2003, the native of Lisbon, Maine also tops Hartford with a plus-7 rating.
