Stars assign LW Fedoruk to minors
Nov 21, 2007 - 5:50 AM FRISCO, Texas (Ticker) -- Todd Fedoruk is still a member of the Dallas Stars organization.Fedoruk on Tuesday cleared waivers and was assigned to Iowa of the American Hockey League, the Stars announced.
A seventh-round pick of Philadelphia in 1997, Fedoruk signed with Dallas as a free agent this past summer. The 28-year-old left wing recorded two assists and a team-leading 33 penalty minutes in 11 games before being placed on waivers Sunday.
The 6-2, 241-pound Fedoruk has appeared in 365 career contests with the Flyers, Anaheim Ducks and Stars, collecting 17 goals, 50 assists and 818 penalty minutes.
