Feb 26, 2008 - 11:21 PM ANAHEIM, California (Ticker) -- The Anaheim Ducks added a veteran goaltender Tuesday, acquiring Jean-Sebastien Aubin from the Los Angeles Kings for a 2008 seventh-round pick.

A third-round pick of Pittsburgh in 1995, Aubin appeared in 19 games with Los Angeles this season, posting a 5-6-0 record with a 3.19 goals-against average and an .886 save percentage. He also appeared in one game with Manchester of the American Hockey League.

The 30-year-old Montreal native owns a career mark of 80-83-18 with seven shutouts and a 2.93 GAA in 218 games with the Penguins, Toronto Maple Leafs and Kings.

Anaheim also made a minor trade Tuesday, sending right wing Brandon Segal and a 2008 seventh-round pick to the Tampa Bay Lightning for defenseman Jay Leach.

Selected by Phoenix in the fifth round of the 1998 draft, Leach appeared in two games with Tampa Bay this season without recording a point. The 28-year-old has registered seven penalty minutes in four career contests with the Boston Bruins and Lightning.

Segal, 24, was a fourth-round pick of Nashville in 2002. This season, he recorded five goals and nine assists in 54 games with Portland of the AHL.
