Bruins recall RW Hoggan
Mar 29, 2008 - 11:33 PM BOSTON (Ticker) -- Following Saturday's victory over the Ottawa Senators, the Boston Bruins recalled right wing Jeff Hoggan from Providence of the American Hockey League.Hoggan will join the team in Buffalo for its game against the Sabres on Sunday.
With Providence, Hoggan has registered 28 goals and 30 assists in 67 games this campaign.
Signed as a free agent in July 2006, Hoggan appeared in 46 games with Boston last season, recording two assists and 33 penalty minutes. In 98 career contests with the St. Louis Blues and Bruins, the 30-year-old has notched two goals, eight assists and 67 penalty minutes.
