Sabella close to decision on tenure
Jul 23, 2014 - 8:34 AM Alejandro Sabella has not yet decided if he will remain as coach of World Cup runners-up Argentina, local media reported on Wednesday."I have not reached a decision," Sabella was quoted as saying at a ceremony by Argentine media.
Sabella, 59, still has to meet Julio Grondona, head of the Argentine Football Association, but expects to make a decision by the weekend.
Argentina face Germany, in a rematch of the World Cup final which they lost 1-0 after extra-time, in a friendly match in Dusseldorf on September 3.
