England line up Germany, Brazil friendlies
Oct 5, 2017 - 11:00 PM England have lined up a glamorous double header of friendlies against Germany and five-times World Cup winners Brazil, the Football Association said on Thursday.Just moments after England beat visitors Slovenia 1-0 to qualify for next year's World Cup as Group F winners, the FA announced the November matches will take place at Wembley stadium.
England will host world champions Germany on November 10 and five-times World Cup winners Brazil four days later.
The Brazilian Football Confederation confirmed they will play Japan on November 10, before facing Gareth Southgate's side.
England have already played Germany this year, going down 1-0 in a March friendly in Dortmund.
Brazil last met England in London in 2013 when goals from Frank Lampard and Wayne Rooney gave the hosts a 2-1 victory.
England's final competitive match before the World Cup is away at Lithuania on Sunday.
