ONTARIO, California (Ticker) -- Andrew Bynum scored 23 points and Kobe Bryant returned to the lineup as the Los Angeles Lakers coasted to a 105-94 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday in the preseason finale for both teams.
The reigning league MVP, Bryant scored six points in six minutes in his return after missing one game with a hyper-extended right knee, which he suffered in Tuesday's win over Charlotte.
Bryant and the Lakers open the season on Tuesday against Portland.
Rookie Russell Westbrook scored 23 points for Oklahoma City, which is the team formerly known as the Seattle SuperSonics. New co-chairman Clay Bennett moved the team after it spent 41-years in Seattle.
Reigning Rookie of the Year Kevin Durant added 15 points for the Thunder, who open their inaugural season against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday.
