Blue Jays release Viciedo
Mar 31, 2015 - 3:40 PM Dunedin, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Toronto Blue Jays released outfielder Dayan Viciedo on Tuesday.Viciedo spent the last five years with the Chicago White Sox before joining the Blue Jays earlier this month on a minor league deal.
In 15 spring training games, he hit .233 with two RBI and four doubles.
The 26-year-old Cuban hit .231 with 21 home runs and 58 RBI in 145 games last season with the White Sox.
