Phillies, Mets rained out for second straight day
Apr 16, 2007 - 9:16 PM PHILADELPHIA (Ticker) -- The night game between the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies was postponed by bad weather.The game has been rescheduled as part of a day-night doubleheader June 29. The rescheduled game will be at 1:05 p.m. EDT and the regularly scheduled game will be at 7:05 p.m.
Both teams were washed out for the second straight day as cold weather, rain and snow continues to wreak havoc with baseball's schedule.
Sunday's game here between the Phillies and Houston Astros was rained out and has been rescheduled for April 23 at 7:05 p.m. Also, Sunday's contest between the Mets and Washington Nationals in New York was rained out and has not been added to the calendar.
