Cardinals, Cubs finale postponed due to Hancock's death

LOUIS (Ticker) -- The finale of the weekend series between the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs was postponed on Sunday following the death of pitcher Josh Hancock.A member of the Cardinals' World Series-winning team last year, the righthanded Hancock was killed in an early-morning auto accident.
No date has been given for the makeup.
St. Louis, which dropped the first two games of the series following an 8-1 loss on Saturday, will travel to Milwaukee for a three-game series on Monday.
The Cubs will continue a six-game road trip at Pittsburgh on Monday.
