Bautista's blast helps Jays top Twins

Hutchison (2-1) surrendered a run on three hits and four walks for Toronto, which has won three of its last four.
Adam Lind added an RBI single while Casey Janssen picked up his second save of the season with a 1-2-3 ninth.
"More than anything the two guys that are showing some signs of life are Lindy (Lind) getting that base hit and Jose (Bautista), who loves hitting in this ballpark," Toronto manager John Farrell said.
Former Blue Jay P.J. Walters (0-1) made his Twins debut and allowed two runs on six hits in six frames. Minnesota has lost six of its last eight.
Minnesota struck first with a run in the fourth. Brian Dozier and Joe Mauer registered consecutive one-out singles and after Josh Willingham struck out, back-to-back walks by Ryan Doumit and Trevor Plouffe pushed across Dozier.
But the Blue Jays responded and went ahead after plating a run apiece in the fifth and sixth frames.
In the fifth, Colby Rasmus smacked a two-out double and Lind followed with a single to center field, plating Rasmus.
Bautista drilled a two-out screaming line drive that just crept over the wall in left field to give Toronto a 2-1 advantage after six.
The umpiring crew originally ruled that the ball stayed in play, but after review, it was evident that it cleared the wall before one-hopping off the fencing that protects the spectators. It was Bautista's 10th homer in 10 career games at Target Field.
"I felt okay out there but two outs, nobody on base and both runners scored, I've got to do a better job of finishing those innings off," Walters said.
Francisco Cordero, who was demoted from the closers role after blowing his last three save opportunities, spun a scoreless seventh.
Janssen needed 12 pitches in the ninth to seal the win.
