A's try to get back on track in Baltimore

The A's had won seven straight before falling in the finale of a three-game test in Toronto on Thursday when Travis Snider's safety squeeze led to two runs and proved to be the turning point, as the Blue Jays stopped Oakland's longest winning streak in nearly thee years with a 10-4 win.
Tommy Milone, who had not given up more than two earned runs since June 13, was tagged for six runs -- five earned -- in seven innings. The left-hander did not issue a walk and struck out seven in a losing effort.
"He threw the ball good today," A's catcher Kurt Suzuki said. "Just made a couple mistakes, and good teams jump on them."
Despite the loss and Milone's poor performance, Oakland leads the AL with a 3.37 ERA and has won 16 of 19 overall.
Jarrod Parker will try to steady the ship on Friday against an Orioles team who salvaged the finale of a three-game set versus Tampa Bay with a 6-2 win on Thursday.
Chris Davis hit a solo homer and finished with four RBI in that one, while Adam Jones knocked in two runs for the Orioles, who snapped a three-game skid.
Chris Tillman (3-1) gave up two runs on five hits over six-plus innings to pick up the win for Baltimore, which was outscored by a 13-2 margin over the first two games of the series and is 7 1/2 games behind the New York Yankees in the AL East.
Parker, who is 3-0 with a 2.25 ERA in his last three road starts, is coming off a very solid eight inning performance in a 2-1 victory over the Yankees on Saturday.
He'll be facing lefty Zach Britton (1-0, 3.60), who will be making just his third start of the season and is coming off hurling six scoreless innings in a 4-3 victory over Cleveland on Sunday.
The Orioles took two of three from the A's in Baltimore back in late April.
