Streaking Royals look for sixth straight win

Odalis Perez (4-7,5.92) takes the hill aiming to give the Royals their first six-game winning streak in four years in the second game of a three-game set with the Chicago White Sox on Saturday.
On last Saturday, Perez received a no-decision when he allowed two runs and seven hits in five innings against Milwaukee.
Kansas City ran its winning streak to five games by taking the series opener, 8-1, on Friday as Shane Costa and Esteban German drove in a two runs each. The Royals have not won six in a row since opening the 2003 season 9-0.
As for Chicago, it had its four-game winning streak snapped on Friday. John Danks takes the hill seeking his second straight win after a five-game winless stretch.
Danks yielded four runs and four hits in five innings against Tampa Bay on Monday.
