MLB Note - Detroit Tigers Cabrera, Miguel
Jul 27, 2017 - 7:27 AM 1B Miguel Cabrera took some early batting practice with manager Brad Ausmus pitching to him on Wednesday, but it didn't help. He struck out and grounded into a double play before he was replaced in the seventh inning of a blowout loss to Kansas City. Cabrera is enduring the worst offensive year of his career. He's batting .257 with just 12 homers and 48 RBIs and is hitting .227 with two homers this month.No one has shouted yet.
